Joon Kim, the acting United States District Attorney for the Southern District of New York has called for a press conference at 12 p.m. on Thursday in White Plains to announce federal criminal charges against 31 gang members, who will be charged with the murders of Caval Haylett in 2016 and Daquell LeBlanc in 2012.
Other charges expected to be filed against the gang members include racketeering, conspiracy, attempted murder, narcotics offenses and illegal possession of firearms.
