After receiving a report of a woman laying in the street on Creekside Rd., officers found Hudson allegedly disoriented and under the influence of drugs. A baby monitor was found in her possession, and officers determined her 5-month-child was left unattended and out of range of the monitor.
The child was found asleep in her bed and turned over to her grandparents. Hudson was taken to a hospital for treatment and later charged with endangering the welfare of a child.
Hudson was released on her own recognizance of the misdemeanor offense, pending her return to East Fishkill Court.
Child Protective Services was notified to conduct an investigation.
