Carlos Colon, 34, was driving on Beekman Road and accused of failing to stay in his lane.
As state police stopped him, Colon submitted to a breath test of .14 blood alcohol content, well above the state limit of .08.
He was issued traffic tickets, and will appear in East Fishkill Town Court on Oct. 28.
