On July 31, 2008, Salbino “Beano” Depina was convicted in a sexual attack on a young girl in North Dakota and sentenced to one year in the local jail, according to state authorities.

In 2011, several years after his release, Depina was labeled a fugitive while being sought by police in North Dakota for failing to register on the state’s sex offender registry, according to the media site inforum.com, which reported that he must remain a registered sex offender until at least July 31, 2033.

At the same time, Depina was sought by federal authorities accusing him of violating the terms of his release in connection with a federal gun charge, according to inforum.com.

Depina, who is considered to be at moderate risk of repeating his sex crime, stands 5-feet-9-inches tall and weighs about 190 pounds, according to state authorities. He has brown eyes, brown hair – though he sometimes appears bald – and tattoos on his forehead, neck, and hands.

According to authorities, Depina also has a scar on his neck and a scar on the eye brow above his left eye.
