According to Frank Tasciotti, assistant coordinator of the task force, a search warrant was executed at the home of Frank Moss, 62, of 38 Glenwood Ave., after receiving complaints of drug trafficking in the area.

In addition to the more than 200 bags of heroin, agents also found scales, packaging material, and $1,300 in cash, Tasciotti said.

Moss was charged with felony criminal possession of a controlled substance with intent to sell. Additional charges may be pending, he added.

Following his arrest, Moss was arraigned in the City of Poughkeepsie Court and remanded to the Dutchess County Jail without bail.
