Michael P. Kelly, 54, a Wappingers Falls resident, was first arrested in March on one count of felony unlawful surveillance, according to Senior Assistant District Attorney Michael Brady. He was charged in July with an additional three counts that have now grown to 41 counts, Brady added.
After his arrest in March, police executed a search warrant at his home, where his computer equipment was seized and evaluated, state police said.
Following his plea, Kelly was remanded to Dutchess County Jail on $250,000 cash bail or $500,000 bond. He has since bonded out, Brady said.
He continues to work for the town in the Highway Department.
Kelly is scheduled to appear in Dutchess County Court on Jan. 8, Brady said.
