Frank Brink, 16, who has no prior criminal history and has already pleaded not guilty to making a terroristic threat, is currently at the Dutchess County Jail on $50,000 bail or $75,000 bond.

According to the DailyNews.com, on Thursday, Nov. 12, a tweet surfaced warning college employees not to go to work on Friday.

“If you work at Marist I strongly advise you don’t attend school tomorrow,” read the tweet, posted at 10:51 p.m. “There is going to be a big surprise. You have been warned,” reported the DailyNews.com.

Several hours later, the same poster followed up another threat:“Brb...Going to shoot up Marist College,” the poster wrote, said the DailyNews.com.

The threats affected the college's more than 4,692 full-time students and 328 graduate students, as well as teachers and staff.
