Officials in Dutchess County are seeking the public’s assistance as they search for a teenager that’s been reported missing for several weeks.
The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children has issued an alert for 16-year-old Stardasha Griffin, who was reported missing from Poughkeepsie on Aug. 25.
Griffin was described by the organization as a 5-foot-4 biracial female, with brown eyes and black hair, weighing approximately 150 pounds. According to officials she may be in the company of two juvenile females and an adult male.
When she was last seen, Griffin’s hair was dyed pink. She may also be wearing a wig.
Anyone with information regarding Stardaha Griffin’s whereabouts has been asked to contact the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children by calling 1-800-843-5678 or the Poughkeepsie Town Police Department at (845) 485-3666.
