Rocker Ace Frehley Reschedules Poughkeepsie Concert

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- As former Kiss lead guitarist Ace Frehley recovers from exhaustion, fans who bought tickets to Saturday's canceled Poughkeepsie concert can look forward to using them in September, according to a report by the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Frehley, longtime member of the popular 1970s band, had to cancel his sold-out show at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie after being admitted Friday to a hospital in Pennsylvania for dehydration and exhaustion, the Poughkeepsie Journal reports. The Chance officials are working on finding a date in September, and plans to announce a date this week, according to acefrehley.com.

Ticket-holders can also get a refund, officials said. Meanwhile, Frehley said on Twitter that he's fully recovered and released from the hospital. 

Frehley, a Bronx native, plans to recuperate at his California home, according to his website.
