According to Roy Budnik, director of the Mid-Hudson Heritage Center, a number of different not-for-profit groups are creating a multi-organization, multi-cultural center in the building that was once occupied by the trolley barn, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
Opened in 2010, the Mid-Hudson Heritage Center promotes appreciation of the Hudson Valley’s cultural diversity through arts events, film screenings, lectures and workshops open to the community, the Poughkeepsie Journal said.
