The first fire occurred just after 9 a.m., the second at approximately 3:30 p.m., according to the Journal.
Two people were treated for minor smoke-related injuries from the first blaze, and residents of the apartment had to find alternative housing; those in the second fire were able to return to their apartment, the Journal reports.
