The work replaced deteriorating beams on the bridge, raising the structure slightly and adding three-feet shoulders.
Original plans for the two-stage project, which started in July, included completion by this spring, but target dates were moved up thanks to an accelerated schedule and a handful of temporary closures.
There are alternating lane closures still planned in the spring for paving and final re-striping, which is planned to last four weeks.
