Dutchess To Receive $1.2M For Projects

POUGHKEEPSIE, N.Y. -- A parking facility in Poughkeepsie is among projects in nine municipalities receiving grants that total $1.2 million, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal.

Poughkeepsie will get $250,000 towards a $1.4 million  project to repair the Financial Plaza Parking Deck, which has corrosion damage, said the newspaper.

The grants are from the Municipal Consolidation & Shared Services Supplement Grant program, according to the Poughkeepsie Journal, citing a Dutchess County Executive's Office statement.
