DUTCHESS COUNTY, N.Y. -- Dutchess County wants teens to be educated on smoking risks for The Great American Smoke Out on Thursday during Lung Cancer Awareness Month. 

More teens use e-cigarettes than regular cigarettes, and data indicates e-cigarette use may be a gateway to the use of regular cigarettes by teens.
