Ballfields were filled with kids and adults playing, the playground was packed with happy kids, and families and friends relaxed with picnic baskets and blankets on the lawns while waiting for the fireworks.

For the 28th consecutive year, popular oldies band Adam and the Newhearts returned to entertain a large and appreciative crowd at the park pavilion.
