  • Fantinel Brut Rose: Crafted from Pinot Nero and Chardonnay, this wine is all about charm, cherries and berries, and nicely floral aromatics. It shows just the right balance and texture with a clean crisp palate full of minerality and medium acidity.
  • Joel Gott Pinot Gris: This vintage has white peach aromas with floral notes. On the palate, the wine is balanced, opening with bright acidity and refreshing Meyer lemon citrus flavors, followed by a juicy mid-palate, and a long finish.
  • Saintsbury Carneros Chardonnay: Lush nose of white nectarine, peaches, jasmine and Meyer lemon are some of the attributes of this vintage which features tangy kumquat, Rampur lime, stone fruit, and chamomile with vibrant acid and a long layered finish.
  • Marimar Estate Pinot Noir: Features luscious, vibrant nose of black cherry and ripe red fruits like Santa Rosa plums, with background notes of orange peel and clove. The firm, rich tannins promise a long life. Serve this wine at cellar temperature, between 58-60° F.
  • Domaine De Dionysos Cotes du Rhone: This wine is beautifully balanced and particularly rich and structured, with a full generous palate. Bright red cherry fruit and notes of damson keep the wine fresh and juicy, culminating in a long and memorable finish.
  • Dr Loosing Riesling: This white wine embodies the elegant and racy characteristics of steep, slate-soil Mosel vineyards at a very reasonable price. With its bright fruit, cleansing acidity and low alcohol Dr. L Riesling is the ideal wine for just about every course.
