Vanya and his stepsister Sonia have been living small, quiet lives at their family’s rural lake house. But when their self-absorbed movie star sister Masha arrives with her 20-something boytoy Spike, the stage is set for a weekend of hijinks.
This comedy blends Chekhov’s classic themes of loss and longing with supremely impressive abs, Disney’s Snow White, and a psychic housekeeper. Vanya and Sonia and Masha and Spike is a off-kilter romp.
The shows will take place Friday and Saturday at 8 p.m. and Sunday at 2 p.m. the weekends on April 22 to 24, April 29 to May 1 and May 6 to 8.
Tickets cost $45 for adults, $40 for seniors, $25 for children under 18 and $35 for matinee for the show directed by Michael Schiralli and starring Geoff Tarson, Amy Lemon Olson, Samantha Jones, Peter Kendall, Deborah Coconis, and Melissa Marye Lehman.
