The restaurant, located at 832 Main Street in Poughkeepsie, has locked its doors with a sign that says "Closed For Rebranding." The restaurant has been removed from the list of locations at the company website.
This was the restaurant's only Dutchess location. There are two restaurants in Westchester (in White Plains and Yonkers) and one in Orange County (in Central Valley).
Banta Management Services, which runs the Poughkeepsie Uno, was not available for comment.
