The restaurant at 2345 South Road, which opened in January after months of delays, closed abruptly earlier this week after just two months in business.
Because the restaurant has been found to be in violation of the franchise agreement between the corporation and franchisee owner Sherrance Henderson, it is likely the building will remain shuttered for some time, according to the Journal.

The buffet-style restaurant just opened earlier this month. A representative refused to comment on the incident Sunday.
The "unprecedented" closure is a first for Golden Corral, the company's spokesman said, adding that the corporation has never been forced to close a store so quickly after a grand opening, according to the Journal.
The incident leaves Golden Corral's future in Dutchess unclear, according to the Journal.
