Long Island Man Drove Drunk With 2 Kids In SUV, Police Say A Long Island man has been accused of driving drunk with two children in the compact SUV. The incident happened just before 6:30 p.m. Sunday, Nov. 3, in Riverhead. The man was driving a 2023 Nissan Rogue on Doris Avenue when he was pulled over for a traffic violation. Aquilino Gonzales Salinas, age 40, was found to be intoxicated and there were two boys -- ages 11 and 4 -- in the vehicle, Riverhead Town Police said.
