Masked Duo Steals Mercedes-Benz From Garage Of Nassau County Home Two masked individuals stole a 2024 Mercedes G-Wagon from a Long Island home. The incident happened in Hewlett Bay Park early Wednesday, Nov. 6, after the duo breaking in through a rear window, Nassau County Police said. According to detectives, Fourth Precinct officers responded to a burglary call at a residence on Woodside Drive around 3:40 a.m.  Police said the suspects used a pry bar to enter through a rear window, then took a key fob to the Mercedes, which they removed from the garage before fleeing in an unknown direction.
