Authorities have released new details in the case of a Long Island man accused of concealing human remains that were found along a local highway. The gruesome discovery was made in East Patchogue, along Montauk Highway near County Road 101, on Thursday afternoon, June 27. Man Hid Human Remains Found Along Long Island Highway: Police
A man has been arrested after police said he concealed human remains that were found along a local highway. Garry Cowell, age 72 of Patchogue, was arrested on Thursday, June 27, according to Suffolk County Police. At approximately 4:30 p.m., police discovered human remains in East Patchogue along Montauk Highway near County Road 101. Police are searching for a man who allegedly committed a sex offense near an elementary school. It happened on Sunday, June 23 in Seaford, according to Nassau County Police.
