Suffolk County Man Charged With DWI After Crash Seriously Injures Passenger A man was arrested for driving while intoxicated after a crash left his passenger seriously injured on Long Island. Francisco Fernandesdosreis, of Farmingville, was driving a 2004 Jeep Cherokee northbound when the vehicle struck two parked cars and overturned in front of 111 College Road in Selden around 5:10 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, according to Suffolk County Police. The passenger, a 70-year-old Farmingville man whose name has not been released pending notification of family, was transported to Stony Brook University Hospital with serious injuries.
