Nowalk Man Sexually Assaulted 8-Year-Old Girl: Police A 56-year-old Connecticut man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting and abusing an 8-year-old girl in Fairfield County, authorities said. Armando Cruz-Zambrano, of Norwalk, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact with a victim under 16, assault in the third degree, and interfering with an emergency call, police said. Norwalk Police said they were alerted to the alleged sexual assault on Sept. 29. Man Peeped On Andover Neighbor As She Bathed With Baby: Police Authorities said a Connecticut woman who was bathing with her 1-year-old child caught her neighbor peeping into her window to watch them. Suspected Stafford Dog Shooter Hit With Gun Charges A Connecticut man who was investigated for allegedly shooting his neighbor's dog in the face twice earlier this year in Tolland County was arrested on gun charges, police said. Christopher Joseph, age 48, of Stafford, was charged with unlawful discharge of a firearm and five counts of risk of injury to a minor after police found guns unsecured in his home, authorities said.
