Nowalk Man Sexually Assaulted 8-Year-Old Girl: Police A 56-year-old Connecticut man was arrested and charged with sexually assaulting and abusing an 8-year-old girl in Fairfield County, authorities said.  Armando Cruz-Zambrano, of Norwalk, is charged with first-degree sexual assault, illegal sexual contact with a victim under 16, assault in the third degree, and interfering with an emergency call, police said.  Norwalk Police said they were alerted to the alleged sexual assault on Sept. 29.
