Rockland County Executive Ed Day will host it at the Pearl River United Methodist Church at 130 Franklin Ave on Saturday, Nov. 23, from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m.  Residents of Rockland are encouraged to bring their damaged or worn items—ranging from lamps and clothing to small appliances and toys—to the event.
