Man Asleep In Busy Traffic Lane In Rockland County, Crashes Into Numerous Cars, Police Say Aman who was allegedly asleep behind the wheel of his car on a roadway in the Hudson Valley woke up when police arrived, crashed into numerous vehicles, and attempted to flee, injuring several people.  The incident occurred in Rockland County in Spring Valley at 6:50 p.m. on Wednesday, Aug. 28. Drunk Driver Charged In Hudson Valley Crash That Left Man In Serious Condition: Police A Northern Westchester woman faces drunk driving charges following a Hudson Valley crash that left a 22-year-old man hospitalized with serious injuries, police said.
