Teenage Girl Accused Of Threatening Shooting At School District In Hudson Valley A teenage girl has been accused of making a threat to a high school in the Hudson Valley. Hudson Valley Man Behind Bars For Making Terroristic Threat, Police Say A Hudson Valley man has been charged with allegedly making a terroristic threat and narcotics possession after threatening to blow up a government building. Ulster County resident Michael J. Bassile, age 37, of Esopus, was arrested on Monday, July 15, by the Ulster County Sheriff's Office. According to Capt.
