Suspect Runs From Traffic Stop, Eludes Search In Hudson Valley A suspect was able to escape police following a traffic stop in the Hudson Valley. The incident happened in Rockland County on Sunday, Jan. 26, when the suspect was pulled over in Spring Valley on North Main Street, according to New York State Police. Witnesses told The Monsey Scoop that the suspect was reportedly found to be wanted by the Clarkstown Police Department.
