Missing Woman Found Dead At Bottom Of Cliff Near Port Jervis A missing woman who had not been seen in a day was located by a New York State Police drone at the bottom of a Hudson Valley cliff.  The incident occurred in Orange County around 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at the Hawk's Nest in Sparrow Bush. Rafter Who Drowned In Delaware River In Region ID'd This story has been updated.  A 37-year-old man drowned while rafting in the Delaware River near the New York border. The incident occurred in Pike County in Shohola, Pennsylvania, around 12:45 p.m., Sunday, July 7, near Sullivan and Orange counties in New York.
