State Police say that 33-year-old Chianti Means, Roman Rossman, age 9, and Mecca Means, 5 months old, crossed over the guardrail and went over the falls on Luna Island, which is attached to Goat Island, on Monday night, Oct. 28. Missing Woman Found Dead At Bottom Of Cliff Near Port Jervis A missing woman who had not been seen in a day was located by a New York State Police drone at the bottom of a Hudson Valley cliff.  The incident occurred in Orange County around 11 a.m., Friday, Sept. 27, at the Hawk's Nest in Sparrow Bush.
