Tesla Left Mangled In Tree Collision In Hudson Valley: 3 Injured Three people were injured after a car collided with a tree in Putnam County.  The crash happened at around 9 p.m. on Wednesday, March 5 on Sprout Brook Road near the Putnam Valley town line, where there was a single-vehicle accident involving a collision with a large tree, according to the Putnam Valley Volunteer Fire Department and Continental Village Fire Department.  Upon arrival, first responders found three occupants trapped inside the wrecked Tesla vehicle.
