A Long Island father could spend decades behind bars after a jury convicted him of sexually abusing his two young daughters, sometimes simultaneously. The 50-year-old Huntington man, who prosecutors did not name in order to protect the victims’ identities, was found guilty of child sex crimes by a Suffolk County jury on Wednesday, May 14, following a two-week trial. Prosecutors filed murder charges against a man accused of stabbing his mother-in-law to death as she left a Long Island restaurant. IDs Released For 5 Family Members Killed In Syosset Murder-Suicide
The identities have been released for five family members who were killed in a murder-suicide in a residential Long Island community. The incident happened just before noon on Sunday, Aug. 25 at a residence on a cul-de-sac in Syosset.
