One person suffered severe injuries in a crash near an office park on Long Island. It happened around 7:45 p.m. Monday, Sept. 30, in Lake Ronkonkoma. A 46-year-old man was walking southbound in front of 622 Hawkins Ave. when he was struck by a southbound 2016 Subaru Outback, according to Suffolk County Police. Relatives are desperately trying to locate a man who has been missing for weeks after his car was found abandoned near a Long Island highway.
