The Jeep, bearing a fake Montana license plate, was pulled over around 8:30 p.m. on North Mountain Road, Lower Paxton Township Bureau of Police said. Inside were four men and one woman, all believed to be Colombian nationals.
Three of the five occupants were identified as Christian Camilo Tenorio-Valderrama, 42, of Queens, NY, Sebastian Castellanos Valderrama, 33, and Dianna Triana Arrieta, 32, of Harrisburg, according to police, prison records, and court dockets.
When officers began questioning the group, Christian Tenorio-Valderrama allegedly bolted on foot while one of the unidentified men jumped into the driver’s seat and sped off, police said. Officers chased and captured Christian after a brief struggle.
The Jeep was later found abandoned about a half-mile away, with two unidentified men fleeing on foot. Dianna Arrieta remained inside and was detained at the scene.
A search of the Jeep revealed chilling items believed to be part of an organized burglary kit, including:
A 28-band handheld signal jammer capable of disabling alarms and jamming cell phones,
- A portable drone with taped-over aviation lights,
- Ski masks, black clothing, and rain gear,
- A glass punch for breaking into vehicles or buildings,
- Two-way radios, industrial black trash bags with blinder clips,
- Flashlights, headlamps, shaving cream, and Windex.
Charges Filed:
Christian Camilo Tenorio-Valderrama is charged with three counts of Possession of Instruments of Crime (Misdemeanor 1), Possession of Marijuana, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Evading Arrest or Detention on Foot, Driving Without a License, Fraudulent Use or Removal of Registration Plate, and Failure to Obey Traffic Control Devices.
Additionally, he has been flagged for Immigration/Naturalization violations during booking, according to Dauphin County Prison records.
Sebastian Castellanos Valderrama is charged with three counts of Possession of Instruments of Crime (Misdemeanor 1), Possession of Marijuana, and Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Dianna Triana Arrieta faces three counts of Possession of Instruments of Crime (Misdemeanor 1), Possession of Marijuana, Use/Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, and is additionally linked to a bench warrant.
All three were arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Dale E. Klein on Sunday, April 13, 2025, and remain held in Dauphin County Prison on $20,000 cash bail each.
Their preliminary hearings are scheduled for Thursday, May 1, 2025, at 9:45 a.m. before Magisterial District Judge William C. Wenner.
Manhunt Continues
The two unidentified suspects who fled the scene remain at large.
