Driver Seriously Injured In Fall From Moving Vehicle At Long Island Gas Station A man is hospitalized after falling from a moving vehicle at a Long Island gas station. The incident happened in Ronkonkoma, at the Mobil station on Ronkonkoma Avenue, at around 8:40 a.m. Monday, Dec. 23. Suffolk County Police said a 48-year-old Ridge man pulled his Ford vehicle up to a gas pump and was getting out when it rolled forward. The man fell to the pavement and suffered serious injuries. He was taken by ambulance to Stony Brook University Hospital. Detectives asked anyone who witnessed the incident to contact the Suffolk County Police Department at 631-854-8452.

2 Store Clerks Accused Of Selling Alcohol To Minors During Long Island Compliance Check Two Long Island businesses were cited for allegedly selling alcohol to minors. Compliance checks were conducted at 19 retail vendors throughout the Town of Riverhead on Tuesday, Aug. 20. The operation targeted the sale of alcohol products to patrons under the age of 21. The following vendors were found not to comply: Mobil, 3705 Middle Country Road, Calverton Shell, 626 W. Teen Suspect Nabbed After Armed Robbery At Mobil Station In Hicksville A teenage suspect has been apprehended after an armed robbery at a Long Island gas station. The suspect walked into the Mobil located in Hicksville at 285 North Broadway at about 3:40and approached the 56-year-old male cashier, Nassau County Police said. The suspect displayed a handgun and demanded money.  The victim, fearing for his life, complied and gave the subject approximately $900.  The subject then fled the gas station on foot.  Officers located the teen a short time later on Bay Avenue and as officers were attempting to place 18-year-old Angel Echeverria…
