A 22-year-old man has been nabbed in connection with an alleged sexual assault reported in Rockland County in December, police announced.
Following a months-long investigation, Haverstraw Police identified Brahyan CepinRodriguez as a suspect in the incident, which occurred in late December 2024. He was taken into custody last week and charged with two counts of first-degree rape, Haverstraw Police announced on Monday, March 3.
