Oil Truck Driver Pinned Under Truck Severely Injured At Hudson Valley Home, Police Say
An oil delivery truck driver pinned under his truck when it rolled over him at a Hudson Valley home was critically injured. The incident occurred in Rockland County on Thursday, Oct. 31, around 9:30 a.m. near 88 Buckingham Court, in Pomona. According to Haverstraw Police Chief John Gould, the truck driver was found conscious but had sustained multiple injuries. The Fire Department and EMS arrived on the scene and extricated the driver. The incident occurred in Orange County at 8:55 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the village of Kiryas Joel in the town of Monroe. Man Rescued After Crashing 60 Feet Down Into Rocky Embankment In Hudson Valley
A man had to be carried around 60 feet up a rocky Hudson Valley gorge after crashing into it, authorities said. The crash happened in Putnam County on Sunday, Oct. 6, when an all-terrain vehicle crashed down a cliff in Cold Spring at the gorge on Mill Road, according to the North Highlands Fire Department. An investigation is underway after a 2-year-old girl was struck and killed by a van in the Hudson Valley. The incident occurred in Rockland County at 3:10 p.m. on Monday, Sept. 9, on Calvert Drive in the village of Kaser in Ramapo. According to Ramapo Police Lt.
