The incident occurred in Rockland County at 11:50 a.m. on Saturday, Oct. 12, in the area of 110 W. Crooked Hill Road in Orangetown. According to Capt. Michael Shannon of the Orangetown Police, the Rockland County Sheriff's Bomb Squad, along with the Pearl River Fire Department and ambulance squad, responded to the scene.
