Nearly three years after a devasting fire destroyed a Dunkin' and other stores at a Hudson Valley plaza, a grand reopening ceremony will welcome back customers this weekend where they could win free coffee for a year.
"Free Coffee for a Year" was offered to the first 100 guests in line beginning at 9 a.m. on Friday, Aug. 16 to celebrate the reopening.
