Hudson Valley Man Nabbed On 6 Counts Of Rape Of Minor, Police Say
A man is behind bars for allegedly engaging in sexual conduct with a 15-year-old girl in the region. Ulster County resident Tito Nunez-Hernandez, age 32, of Lake Katrine, was charged with six counts of rape on Tuesday, Nov. 12. According to Ulster Police Department Chief Kyle Berardi, the department received a complaint regarding sexual contact between the two on Thursday, Nov. 7, and began an investigation.
