Hudson Valley Police Chief Calling It A Career After 40 Years After over 40 years, a police chief in the region is calling it a career and retiring. City of Poughkeepsie Mayor Yvonne Flowers announced Tuesday, May 21, that Police Chief Tom Pape is retiring, effective Friday, May 24.
