Man Nabbed For DWI After Driving Erratically On Busy Hudson Valley Road: Police A 31-year-old man faces drunk driving charges after he was allegedly seen driving erratically on a busy Northern Westchester road, police said.  Peekskill resident Oscar Morocho Villa was arrested on Wednesday, Dec. 18 following a traffic stop on Route 6 in Yorktown, Yorktown Police announced on Tuesday, Dec. 24.
