Orange County resident Cameron Williams, age 25, of New Windsor, was charged on Wednesday, Nov. 6, for the Sunday, Oct. 13 incident in the city of Newburgh. According to Orange County District Attorney David Hoovler, he was remanded to jail in place of $1,000,000 cash bail, $3,000,000 fully secured bond, and $10,000,000 partially secured bond.
