Hudson Valley Teen Runaway Nabbed For Stealing Cars, Burglary, Theft, Police Say A 16-year-old runaway in the region has been nabbed for allegedly stealing two vehicles, burglary, and theft. The arrest occurred in Ulster County on Tuesday, Oct. 22, in the town of Lloyd. According to Lloyd Police Chief James Janso, the Lake Katrine teen was charged after a month-long investigation found the boy allegedly stole two vehicles, entered a residence, stole a cell phone and iPad, and took alcohol from a convenience store in Highland. 18-Year-Old Killed In Head-On Hudson Valley Crash An 18-year-old  man was killed during a head-on crash in the region. The incident occurred in Dutchess County at 12:25 p.m. on Saturday, Aug. 31, at the intersection of Route 343 and Altamont Road in the town of Washington (Millbrook). According to Trooper AJ Hicks of the New York State Police, Blaine M. Hadden, age 18, of Millbrook, was driving a 1998 Dodge Ram 1500 westbound on Route 343 when he entered the eastbound lane and struck a 2004 Toyota Tundra head-on. Orange County resident Clarence Hulzenga, age 48, of Highland, was arrested in the town of Newburgh on Wednesday, July 10 in Newburgh. According to Lt.
