Man ID'd As Victim In Fatal Crash In Region, Driver Charged
A 28-year-old man from the region has been identified as the victim of a single-vehicle fatal crash in which the driver was charged with vehicular manslaughter. The collision occurred in Greene County at 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Oct. 17, on Route 54 in the town of New Baltimore. According to Capt. 3 Dead Following Head-On Capital Region Crash
Three people were killed in a head-on highway crash in the region. The Greene County wreck happened just before 5 p.m. Saturday, July 20, on Route 23 in the town of Windham. Sheriff’s officials said a Buick SUV was heading eastbound on State Route 23 when it collided with a westbound Chevrolet pickup truck near the intersection of Cross Road. Two passengers in the Buick were pronounced dead at the scene, while a third Buick passenger died at Albany Medical Center.
