Albany County resident Allene Wells, of Bethlehem, was last seen on Tuesday, Feb. 25, according to the New York State Missing Persons Clearinghouse. Wells was wearing a green windbreaker, black sweatpants, black and white shoes, and carrying a black tote bag. She has red streaks in her hair and two nose piercings. 2 Teens Found Stabbed In Large Brawls In Dutchess County Two 17-year-old boys were found with stab wounds following large fights in Dutchess County, including one that was a continuation of the other in a different location.  The incident began on Wednesday, Feb. 26, at around 7:15 p.m., when a large fight was reported on Mansion Street in the City of Poughkeepsie, according to the City of Poughkeepsie Police Department.  Officers and detectives responded to the scene, where they found a 17-year-old boy suffering from multiple stab wounds to the abdomen.
