New Traffic Pattern Will Be In Place For Months On Busy Roadway In Hudson Valley A new traffic pattern will be in place for more than six months on a busy roadway in the region. The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising motorists in Northern Westchester County that the new pattern controlled by temporary signals will be on Route 6/202 in Cortlandt. The new pattern is necessary to facilitate an ongoing flood mitigation project at the Annsville Circle, the DOT said.
