Search Of Crack Cocaine Dealers' Home Turns Up Drugs, Cash In NY: Officials An investigation into narcotics sales in the town of Kingston has led to the arrest of two people suspected of distributing crack cocaine and cocaine throughout the region.  Ulster County Sheriff's Office Capt. Cocaine, Firearm Seized As Agents Uncover Secret Drug Dealing Den, Dutchess DA Says A Poughkeepsie man wanted in connection with a significant drug bust in East Fishkill has been arrested following a community tip, authorities announced. Michael S. Birney, 32, was taken into custody on Sunday, Jan. 5, after Drug Task Force Agents located him near Hooker Avenue and South Hamilton Street. Birney was arrested without incident, according to the Dutchess County District Attorney’s Office.
