A Long Island man who confessed to stabbing his wife to death as their teenage son desperately tried saving her will spend decades behind bars. Ryszard Murawski, age 44, of Lindenhurst, was sentenced to 22 years to life in prison in Suffolk County Court on Thursday, Oct. 17. Support is pouring in for the family of a 23-year-old Long Island man who was killed in a car crash over the Fourth of July weekend.
