The New York State Department of Transportation (DOT) is advising motorists in Northern Westchester County that the new pattern controlled by temporary signals will be on Route 6/202 in Cortlandt. $26.1M Flood Mitigation Project Starts In Northern Westchester Work has started on a $26.1 million flood mitigation project in Northern Westchester just east of the Hudson River. The project will elevate the Annsville Circle as well as a half-mile stretch along Route 6/Route 202 in the town of Cortlandt, Gov.
